  I was less than satisfied with the service I received here. They were fairly busy at the time but it really seemed that unless you were purchasing a suit or another high ticket item the staff wasn't particularly interested in helping. I also watched them be extremely rude to a gentleman attempting to return an item. The selection is fine as expected at any brooks store but I expect top notch service when paying a premium. I hope this is improved in the future.

  First time in went to that particular store nobody helped me although they did say hi. The second time I've went in had to ask for help and explained that i needed to be sized for a shirt as i have gotten bigger since my deployment. The associate not help me with sizing or fit. The associate just gave me a shirt. I purchased it because I purchased it because I was on a business trip and needed another shirt. The great thing is that the shirt ripped the following week... When I wore for the 2nd time...

  great assistance and selection. high (too high?) prices especially considering many items are made in china. really happy with the "irish linen" shirt I got which is gorgeous
