  This place is always great. My fiance gets 90% of his clothes here because the service and quality is always amazing.

  Brooks Brothers have good quality products, but I find this particular store has pretty low bar customer service. After shopping here a couple times, and I find myself agree with some of the previous reviews. Some of the sales associates are very snobbish, and would provide their service based on your appearance.

  I have been in the store a few times. No one has ever greeted me or even looked in my direction. Update: I have gone in dressed for work and got a much better response. But still...don't discriminate based on appearance.

  I don't normally write reviews, but I saw several for this location indicating that sales staff ignore you, or are only interested in you if you are buying something. I went in this past weekend and spoke with Linda and found the opposite to be true. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, showed me the item I was looking for. It didn't fit in the size I asked and she grabbed two other sizes to try on. Unfortunately, they didn't fit either but she didn't try to trick me into buying it anyway or force me into a song and dance where she grabbed other things that I didn't want to see. Just gave me her card and let me know if I ever needed anything to reach out. This isn't the closest Brooks to me, but it will be one one I go to moving forward.
