  BYP has some of the best yoga instructors in the city. They give their small groups of students lots of individual attention.

  Very intimate space - with very positive energy. I HIGHLY recommend sessions with Jess - you will leave feeling amazing.

  I love this space as it is very intimate with small classes so that everyone can get the individual attention that they need. Instructors are pretty great and I always leave feeling like I've pushed my body.

  The best place for mind and body! Intimate space with serious attention to each and everyones needs. The best decision was to walk through that door. I am so happy here! The teachers are amazing and I really feel like I am learning a lot even after years of practice.

  Small studio and class size. Instructors are great and helps with adjustments. Also offers different variety of yoga and hot yoga. Good idea to come here changed.
