  My son has been a patient of Dr. AlJanabi for over two years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Although my son had many complications with maintaining his braces and keeping up with his rubber bands, Dr. AlJanabi remained consistently patient, professional, and very understanding. Anytime a bracket broke off, they replaced it without making us feel terrible despite how finicky and uncooperative my son was. I especially appreciate how encouraging and supportive the staff has been with my son. The staff members are truly a team and it is very evident that they all love working for Dr. AlJanabi and deeply respect him. The office is always clean, efficient and the staff work well together. Five stars all the way for us!

  Very good place! Strong and nice braces and very good staff I totally recommend u should try it here the orthodontist is very well expierenced!

  I decided to take my son to this office because is just a couple of blocks away from my house. But I know regret taking him there. He got his braces installed on the beginning of November of this year. It was a Tuesday to be exact and then one day after bum a bracket fell off and then on Saturday of that same week a second bracket fell off too. But I was sitting in front of the girl installing the braces to my son and I did noticed that she was having a hard time installing them. Then I called the office to tell them 2 brackets had fallen off and they told me to come in with my son to reinstall the brackets that had fallen off. And they want to charge $25 for any fallen bracket. It’s ridiculous. The men that was assisting my son was talking to my son and it sound to me as if he wanted my son to say he was touching the brackets and I interrupted him and told excuse me. My son takes care of his braces and he’s not the type of kid that’s touching and I had my other son and he had braces on and NONE of them ever fell off and they never told me I had to pay extra to put back any fallen bracket. In the other office they did tell me that if something fell off to bring him in and they will take care of him with NO EXTRA CHARGE. I spoke to my husband and we both agreed to switch office to finish my sons treatment and they actually do a great job with their treatment. I don’t recommend Brooklyn Orthodontics to anyone unless you want to get a rip off. I have no intention in going back into that office with my son. If anyone wants good service and professional treatment Hanson Place is the place to go. That’s where my older son had his treatment and I never had a problem with them @HansonPlace is specialized in orthodontist
