  Was looking for a place in NYC to have my Morgan 3 Wheeler serviced, as the nearest Morgan dealer is several hours away. Knowing that Brooklyn Motor Works has serviced Alex Roy's World's Most Famous 3 Wheeler, I figured this was definitely the place to go. Had a basic annual service and detail done and left very happy!

  We all know it’s not easy to find an honest and good mechanic. I started having a lot of trouble with my bike and had no idea where to bring it. Was going to troop all the way from Brooklyn to Staten Island to bring it to HD, but I took a chance and googled Motorcycle Repair and came across Brooklyn Motor Works. Showed up the next morning and met the owner Carlos. He was great. Had a lot of patience with me and although he knew I was a new rider and knew very little, he didn’t take advantage. He took his time to go over my bike and kept the costs to a minimum. He told me what I needed to do right away and left the stuff that can wait. I noticed an immediate difference in how the bike ran. I now have a mechanic I trust. Carlos is a great guy to talk bikes with. I highly recommend this shop.

  I have nothing bad to say about my experience with "Brooklyn Motor Works". I have a 09 Roadking that needed some serious tuning and some other stuff that was due to be fixed or replaced. Mike and Carlos gave me nothing but real straight forward answers from price to when the bike would be ready. Customer service on point. Not only did they meet my expectations but they went above and beyond. You don't find old school people like that anymore. Harley dealers just see this $$$ and good bye. Carlos you won me over.. Thanks for making my bike feel new again and putting me on the road safely. Your dyno tuning is on the money. Feels like i bought a new bike again. Much love to you and your crew. Peace✌

  For sure the best bike shop I Brooklyn! Had all my servicing done and had custom after market saddle bags installed flawlessly. If you need any custom work done or general service done on your bike these are your guys. Extremely knowledgeable staff when it comes to motorcycles not just regular guys in a shop. Highly recommended!!!

  A thought -- If you are arguing with your customers about whether your customer service is good enough, it isn't good enough. My experience was like many of the others here -- estimates and work not done in a timely fashion, changes to the scope of the work that seemed driven by what they felt like doing and not what I asked them to do, and a consistent failure to communicate about all of the above. The story ends with my taking the bike to another shop. Its true, they do offer a guaranty on their work, but if the whole experience was terrible the first time, why would I go back for another helping? Having seen the bikes these guys build, they are clearly very talented. Maybe it would be better for all involved if they focused on the bike building and politely declined to take bikes (and money) for other work. P.S., I was going to let the entire experience slide but the apparent lack of an apology to any of the other riders who had poor experiences brought me off the bench.
