  Just received a brand new radio from Brooklyn Car Audio and security. The product along with the service of installation and of the working establishment was outstanding. I will certainly be doing plenty of business with them. Conveniently with in the neighborhood and willing to work with you the best way possible. 5 stars

  the team was extremely helpful. No wait at all. He was able to check out my car and the radio I had from my old car. Made sure I had all the parts needed for install. They had my car completed in an hour. Best service around.

  These guys are awesome. I called the store, told them that I wanted a subwoofer installed, and I had no idea it would all be said and done 2 hours later! I stopped by, made it clear that I didn't really know what I wanted from a technical perspective, but I told them how I wanted the music to sound. They even let me listen to the bass system in their own car since it was the same model I was considering. An hour and a half later, they asked me to test it out before I paid for everything. The second I heard the bass.. I am a happy customer! I've always wanted this in my car, and these guys made it a simple, fast, and fun process. Shout out to Mike for hooking it up!

  Their service is amazing. I was able to get my backup camera installed and fix alarm which was not working properly. Waiting area is really good. All the job was done perfect. You can definitely bring your car here. I am so glad i choose them!
