  Poor service, the staff is rude, lazy and dismissive. I was trying to schedule an appointment because the phone appointment scheduling doesn't work half the time. So I drove 40 minutes here just to told be told to come back on a different day. First of all this lady wouldn't even let me talk or explain my situation, when all I really needed was just my vaccine records. The worse part is that the lady absolutely would not let me talk without interrupting me and saying to come back Saturday with all your paperwork.

  Needs a huge makeover. Appointments suck balls but the ER runs smoothly when it’s not packed. Location sucks since they have one in manhattan.

  Terrible service, every appointment takes close to two hours. If I didn't work so close I wouldn't come here.

  My father raves about the care he gets here. They have been very good about keeping me informed, also.
