  This place is awful. Yes it’s cheap. But that’s because they loose track of your clothing multiple times. I have had an entire bag of laundry not returned to me, 2 items worth over $300 a piece “lost”, a jacket that was not returned to me that when I asked over the phone about it they claimed not to know what I was talking about, drove over there and discovered it LOOSE in a laundry basket left under boxes of other laundry. DO NOT go to this place. They will loose your clothes, not compensate you for them, and claim they never received said item while all along it’s lying in a box somewhere.

  This place Straight sucks. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO OR LEAVE MY LAUNDRY HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 1 Star is way to generous too give them. More like negative 5 stars.

  Can't say enough great things about this spot!! Clean! Great hours! Great drop off and self service prices! Cold Central Air in summer! Across from Alphaville (bar w/ food)!

  Extremely rude lady answered the phone and was unable to communicate to me like a adult. What kind of children are they hiring at this place. I asked a simple question of " why did you guys skip my laundry" and I get a mean attitude and told that I am wrong. Horrible customer service.

  Do not expect these people to actually show up. I called yesterday morning and was told I would have my laundry picked up at 9pm. I called them at around 10pm and asked when my laundry would be picked up and they said around 1030. They never came. When I called this morning to find out what happened the lady on the phone said " I did not work yesterday, I send someone at 9pm. When I asked what happened she became rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone. Don't use them if you need a reliable place.
