::Pas très sérieux. Un premier jour avec un dérailleur mal réglé qui fait que sauter. Un deuxième jour réservé à l'avance, personne avant 11 heures du matin à la boutique pour une location sensée commencer à 9h00, et le dérailleur toujours aussi défectueux.

::I was visiting New York for a few days with my boyfriend and found Brooklyn Bridge Bike Rent online. When arriving at their store i felt that the staff were very friendly and informative about the surrounding area. We rented two bikes for three hours and the price was very reasonably priced!! Maps, locks and helmets all included which was great. I would highly recommend this company!

::El 18 de julio de 2017 fuimos a rentar bicicletas, la señorita que nos atendió se portó grosera y descortés, prácticamente nos corrió del lugar, si ell está para atender al público, lo mÃnimo que uno espera es un trato decente y una explicación de lo que estamos contratando. Contrario a esto, tenemos que aplaudir el esfuerzo y gran dedicación que nuestro guÃa Daniel nos ofreció en el recorrido por el puente de Brooklyn y DUMBO, una persona muy educada, muy preparado en la historia y detalles de los sitios visitados y muy preocupado por la seguridad del grupo, Bravo por Daniel y Muchas Gracias!!!
