  Horrible service. This place is beyond unprofessional and the wait time is extremely long. One of the consultant workers, Barbie, was rude.

  Brooklyn Braces the one thing that I felt would have made the visit better was someone coming out to speak to the parent (me) about the process. However, I did get good information from the young lady at the front desk.

  I am very disappointed! I waited at the office for 2.5 hrs for my appointment and was NEVER called. Meanwhile, the staff are in the back laughing and joking. I arrived for my appointment on time but FOUR people who arrived after I did were seen before me. Very unacceptable. I expected different.

  Dr.Peterson is a really great orthodontist who when you get braces does wonders on your teeth.Because when I got my braces 2 years ago she made it so it didn't hurt .And her staff are very good I rate this 5 star and would recommend this place to anyone braces or not.
