  Brooklyn Appliance Repair recently provided a great service. One of the burners on my stove failed to light, and their serviceman came at the appropriate scheduled time. He explained to me what was wrong and did the repair job quickly and efficiently. Strongly recommend these folks.

  So my front load washer broke again. Anyhow. I called the Brooklyn Appliance Repair guys and they quoted a date over the weekend. So I gave these guys a shot. The repairman came by the next morning (today) and promptly diagnosed the problem and did a quite nice fix to the control unit that has gotten the washer working again. Saved the time and expense of ordering the part, etc. Definitely will use Brooklyn Appliance Repair the next time. These guys know what they are doing!

  I will never recommend this place for URGENT repair request. They advertise same day service on the web, but NEVER happen. I had my washer broken and requested them to come and fix. They came on a same day but just checked the machine for $40 and promised they would give us a estimate tomorrow. But they never gave us a call until we kept calling them requesting a estimate. We finally received the estimate and agreed to proceed, then they suddenly said " WE CANT FIX THIS!" The worst service experience ever. Highly recommend NOT TO CALL when you are seeking for URGENT HELP.

  We had an issue with our refrigerator not being cold enough and we did not want to buy a new one. Our neighbor told us about Brooklyn Appliance Repair being an excellent refrigerator repair service. We called and found that our neighbor was right. The appliance repair tech came out that same day and repaired the refrigerator by replacing a part that was not expensive at all. We were very pleased with the great service.

  I had bought a refrigerator a few years back, it suddenly stopped working and I just got around looking for somebody to have it fixed. I called Brooklyn Appliance Repair and out of 5 places I called, they were the first willing to even come and look at it. They were available same day and the dispatcher was prompt and courteous with his communication. The technician that came out was great. Really knew what he was doing and explained why it might be more costly to replace the compressor than to replace the whole thing. He didn't waste my time and dealt with me in a professional, yet personable manner. I couldn't be happier with the Brooklyn Appliance Repair service. Highly recommend.
