  1st off they act like they dont understand english and try to throw in exta options to charge more. My truck still came out covered in dirt and they did not want to clean the top even though my truck only stands 6 feet tall. I had to tak a rag and clean off most of the areas that were really dirty. They said if they need a ladder to clean my truck that means they dont clean. So that means rhe Machine Wash itself does not scrub, clean or wash. Lastly they proseeded to curse me out and complain about me in spanish (mind you I understand spanish) saying that I had to make them do more work. One person wiped off 1 bird stain off my top and told me it was all clean and ro leave. As I get home 5 munutes later I can see my truck loost no better clean than getting rained on.
