  I have not personally attended this hospital but my great grandfather is hospitalized from a surgery and i called a total of 5 times In order to see how he was doing and get in contact with him and I got hung up on. The first time I had to call back because they insisted I gave his date of birth even though she told me she had his information and knew who I was calling for. I didn’t mind getting that date and calling back, the next 3 times I called I got hung up on by the same operator Jacky, and the last time by the nurses’ station. I’ve never had this experience calling any other hospital and it is a disgrace specially when they are treating with sick people and their worried families.

  Esta clínica tiene cosas buenas pero tiene una DISKE DOCTORA ,QUE TRATA LAS PERSONAS COMO PORQUERIA....EL NOMBRE DE LA DOCTORCITA ES....PAVITHRA GC.REDDY....TREMENDA PORQUERIA DE DOCTORA....ES MUY IRRESPONSABLE Y DESCUIDADA CON LA SALUD DE SUS PACIENTES.......LA ESPOSA MIA ESTA MUY DESTERIORADA DE SU SALUD Y A SIDO POR CAUSA DE SU INRESPONSABILIDAd.........................................This clinic has good things but it has a DISKE DOCTOR, WHICH TREATS PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE ... THE NAME OF THE DOCTORCITA IS ... PAVITHRA GC.REDDY .... TREMENDA DROP OF DOCTOR ... IT IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DISCUSSED WITH THE HEALTH OF THEIR PATIENTS ....... THE MIA WIFE IS VERY DETERIORATED FROM HER HEALTH SINCE IT WAS BECAUSE OF HER INHIBITION ......

  Good Morning to all viewers and families who want and need the best care for their love ones and friends. Here at Bronx Lebanon Hospital the facility who say they provide quality health care to those in need. If that was the case, my partner would NOT have to suffer 8 hours after a 12 hour surgery Due to pain. Since my partner has been out of surgery and relocated to the 7TH FLOOR! We’ve received only ignorant, careless, condescending, rude & disrespectful to the degree of excellence of something, from these nurses. I know and millions of others know you receive your Certified nursing assistant certificate or license to assists patients with healthcare needs and cares for a patient who is ill or recovering from a surgery or disease. Here at Bronx Lebanon CNA's duties are assigned by a registered professional nurse that make an unjust or prejudicial distinction in the treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, sex, or age. Therefore, they were not using their CNA Licenses because my partner has gone through this exact same surgery before and mentioned several times that they are NOT being properly cared for after his surgery. The nurse that was assigned to care for they’re needs, only responded in a disdainful, discourteous, and uncouth manner which made my partner unsatisfied. It’s discreditable that a Hospital that has so many Accreditations, affiliations, and licenses be so subpar. We RECOMMEND that you, your family, your friends go find a better Hospital that has just as much or more accreditedations, and licensing else where. BRONX LEBANON DOES NOT FOLLOW WHAT THEY PREACH.

  Doctor Shelia King who works in the emergency room is basically a heartless monster. I came here because of an allergic reaction I had to something. I had a weird rash and bumps on my skin. I didn't go earlier in the day because I wasn't feeling well. Also both my feet and ankles were in a cast and I was in a wheelchair. I was in a lot of pain that day which didn't go down until the evening. I waited almost four hours in the waiting room to see the doctor and when I was finally leaving at around 2am I ask the Doctor a white woman named Shelia King if I could have a note for work to prove I was at the doctor's she said to me "No, I am not giving you a note. You just want to get out of work you just should have come earlier." Her response was so insane I did not even bother to argue with her. I do not argue with crazy and heartless people. Its obvious I do not simply want to get out of work if I still go to work even though both my feet are in a cast and I was in a wheelchair on top of having a terrible rash and allergic reaction to something. I could not even walk and here she was claiming she would not give me a not because I just want to get out of work. She gave me some medicine that made me start to foam in my mouth and feel sick. It did not help me at all so I never took it again. And she told me to go to a dermatologist which was a misdiagnosis. I ignored her and went to an allergist instead who gave me the right medicine and now my rash and hives are going away. Doctor Sheila King was nasty rude and racist. She looked at me and treated me like I was something disgusting and ask me questions implying I must have had been taking drugs or had bed bugs. Clearly what I had were not bug bits, there were no bites on my skin. I would accuse her of being stupid but you need smarts to be a doctor so she was just being nasty and mean. Sheila King was a terrible doctor and its sad that we have people like her treating the sick. Doctors are supposed to care. She was a nightmare and should not be a practicing doctor in my opinion. It was illegal of her to deny me a note stating I was at the doctor's never in my life have I experience such a thing. Thankfully I do not even need a note for my job. I am able to take a sick day with out a note which is another reason I didn't bother arguing with her. Praise God. But I feel bad for anyone who has had to receive treatment from Doctor Shelia King.o
