  The coaches and students are some of the best people I’ve met in my life and they’ve taught me skills I would have never learned otherwise. I recommend this school to everyone interested in learning the art BJJ.

  Family Friendly BJJ School in the Bronx. This is a family owned business headed by a BJJ Black Belt - you can't find any better in the area!

  Love this place it's a great Academy, with knowledgeable instructors. Made me feel like part of the family from the day I walked through the doors. All the students are great at passing on any knowledge they have to you without giving it a second thought.

  I have been training here for over 4 years and I have the same amazing experience from the moment I stepped through the door. The instructors are the best you can find in the Bronx and are staunchly dedicated to the martial arts and ensure they project those same emotions and ethics to each and every student. Students typically follow the example set by the head instructors in leaving egos at the door and are inviting to new faces. The academy is great mixture between top level instruction and also for busting out a great sweat and meeting your fitness goals. The community in the academy formed by these individuals and their involvement in the greater Martial Arts community is an ideal place for anybody with any level of interest. Definitely the number one choice in martial arts in the Bronx!
