  Harassment. Calls 3-4-5 times in a row and doesn't leave a message. Had to google the number the first time. I've never shopped here or asked for a quote. Told them previously to stop calling and they keep calling, over and over. Going on two weeks now.

  If i can give a negative star i would. They promise a price and then they switch the price last minute. They had us waiting 4 hours and they skipped us with other customers. Once they finally saw us they said the price they gave us was out of their hands. Spoke to owner and said i was a coward because i was upset with the situation. Salesperson was very respectful and told me he was waiting for us as well. Do not buy a car from this dealership. If you want check for yourself.

  This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. My wife and I went to their location in the Bronx (Boston Rd) just to look around and see what was on their lot. We were met by Juan who turned out to be a really good guy trying to do the right thing. My wife saw a ML350 that she was interested in and that is where the issues began. First we were told that they didn't have a key to the vehicle and the previous owner brought the truck in but accidentally left with them. So we were told to come back and they would have the keys. We came back down to their location...no key. We left again and was asked to return....we returned and was told that they had to order a key and were waiting on some paperwork....still no key. The 3rd time they asked me to come down after work for a test drive...I decided not to go. Luckily because they ....you guessed it...didn't have the key. (See a pattern yet?) That should have been my queue to bolt but the wife really liked the ML so we went down on 9/16/17...and the key was finally there. Juan took us on a test drive and everything was great. So we worked out the price, I gave a $500.00 deposit and filled out the paperwork. By this time we were working with their finance guys and the GM "Shane" who were pushing us to close the deal that evening and take hold of the car that day. Shane told us....after being at their location for at least 5hrs..."leave...run your errands and by the time you come back the car will be detailed and ready to go for you". So we left...came back about 1 1/2 hrs later...and then they hit us with the BS. After we filled out the paperwork, gave them a $500 deposit was were told to leave and come back to pick up the car while they got it ready for us..THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! Insane! Needless to say the wife was pissed....I was tired and pissed and then to make up for it...they offered us $4,500 in credits towards any other car on the lot. So we looked and the wife found one. They wanted us to decide on that car that night....after 8pm by this time but we chose to go get some food and sleep and come back the next day to finalize the deal. I woke up the next morning and decided that i didn't like the way they conducted their business so I changed my mind. We went to see Shane 9/17/17 and I told him i decided to decline and asked for a refund of my $500. The GM 'Shane' said...no problem...we shook hands and left. He said it would take about 2 days before they could refund the deposit ...so i gave it 3 days...and haven't heard from them since. (That is not the end of it). 9/18 - the $500 deposit was withdrawn from my account 9/19 - Called Victory at 2pm and I was sent to GM 'Shane's: voicemail...no call back 9/20 - Called Victory for Shane at 11:03am - left another vm...no call back 9/20 -Called Victory at 3:15pm - was told he was busy and would call me back. No call back 9/21 - Called Victory at 3:28pm, was placed on hold and sent to vm again, left vm...no call back. (Gave it a few days before calling back) 9/26 - 12:35 pm I called Victory for Shane and was transferred to "alex" who then transferred me to another manager who placed me on hold...then i was hung up on (12:39pm) 9/26 - Called Victory back after being hung up on and Tamika from Sales answered the phone. She took my number in case of an accidental disconnect, placed me on hold to look for a mgr that could help me. (12:45) 9/26 - 12:46pm...Tamika comes back and states that all mgrs are not available...only her mgr and she was on a call at that moment. She asked me to call back in 10 minutes so she could find out what is going on. 9/26 - 1:06pm I called Tamika back...I was placed on hold by someone and then hung up on. (2x's that day) 9/26 - 1:15pm...called back after being hung up on and was transferred to ext 203..where i left a vm. 9/26 - 1:28pm...finally got a hold of Tamika and she took my information for my refund. 9/28 - 2:43pm called Tamika for update on refund - placed on hold, "Roslyn" answers, says her mgr Stephanie will call me in 10 min -1hr later still waiting

  I loveeeeee them!!! I've been searching for vehicles for over 3 months. I came to Bronx Cars and got a 2012 Honda accord. I was surprised that they gave me a low monthly payment based on my credit history. But they made it happen and I'm truly grateful for everything.The salesmen and sales managers were very helpful and providing me with detail information. Definitely coming back for my second car!!! :)
