  If you need to buy unique crafty gift, that is a place to go. This local shop offer earrings of bird shapes, painted bags, necklace with cool stones or soaps with fun shapes. The place is very busy, filled with artsy gifts. I love it! I bought a my chemistry friend a pencil bag with the periodic table on it, how cool is that! My only complain is the smell. It smells old and dusty, maybe because of the old wood decor!

  Love this place! Great selection of fabrics and notions, the owner is always helpful! If I come in with a question on a sewing project she's always willing to chat with me and give me some advice. Their little gifts and jewelry are very cute and the cat is super chill.

  A bit expensive compared to the fabric store on Jamaica Avenue but hey it's one of the few fabric stores in the area. The owners are extremely polite and nice. I like that you can but 1/2 yard if you don't need a full yard.
