  If there was a no star option i would've picked it but i need to express how rude they were to me,i walked out that place crying..the nail techs were so rude,the first one made my nail bleed with one of his tools and i also noticed he didnt sterilize it before moving on to the next person,he was so impatient towards me he had someone else do my polish but it was then i realized they weren't properly shaped and they handed me off to someone else and he also couldn't do it and made it seem like i was trying to get a free service out of them by saying i couldn't be satisfied
