  I bought 3/16th tapcons and they gave me a 3/16th drill bit. How do you work at a hardware store and f that up????

  The woman behind the counter is unbelievably rude. 0 stars would be more appropriate. One day i was running late so i made sure to call and ask if they would stay open an extra minute. Literaly 1 one minute. The woman picks up and tells me no problem just come-so i actually jogged there and instead of 4 pm which was the time they close and when i arrived, they closed 3:58 and wouldnt let me in. She had the nerve to say she never told me to come. I couldnt believe it. Why not just say no dont rush were closing early today, sorry. I hope they catch fire

  Friendly Staff, knowledgeable in everything in the store. I loved that when I asked a store associate how to do something he didn't say he doesn't know. He said let me get someone who will know.
