::This particular location has to be the worst customer service ! The attitude that they give you is that you NEED us so we can treat you and talk to you any way we want!!!! I would never recommend that anyone get a loan from this place the parking is horrible and once you get there you will wish you never did....

::One Bad experience can mess up a lifetimes business . I received a letter in the mail stating "approved cash certificate" which pretty much said I was approved for $100 as there way of saying Thank You , from my previous loan I held with them . I don't have great credit score , so I was very surprised when I received the letter in the mail , My sons 6th Birthday is coming up and due to my mom being ill Ive had a lot more medical cost then I Have expected so I decided to take the letter and go by the office to see what is about I didn't have gas money or anything and I went down there on good faith because of the letter I have received in the mail. There were two ladies at the reception desk I gave her the letter and asked if I would be able to use it . She brung up my account and asked about 2 questions and then turned to the second lady to ask her to look at my account , The lady then tells me that my grandmother paid off my account, I told her I gave her the money to make the payment because I was unable to drive down there myself , She then stated that I would have to have my grandmother with me but its my account and my grandmother was never apart of my account she just paid the the payments because at the time the only way to make payments were in person . As much as I have said I am disgusted that I wasted time and money that I did not have because a company decided to false advertise , You shouldn't send out letters if you cannot honer them . I will no longer be back and neither will my grandmother .

::Horrible Service! The Only Person Who Is Nice Is The Receptionist. They Say Tell You What To Bring But They Don't. They Think They Are All That Because They Can Give You Loans. I Wouldn't Recommend This Place To Absolutely No One! To Top It All Off The Manager Thinks She Is Very Educated But Really Isn't I think She Slept Her Way To Get Where She Is!

::This place is great and they treated me like a person also if I may add the the manager is absolutely amazing very professional and polite. I know signature loans aren't the best but for me myself and I it worked out great this place differently deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

::The lady on the phone was pretty friendly but they don't Lend to military the worker here at this location was at least honest and took my number to give my husband a call back to see what she could do she said that they do not Lend to military because their pay check is unstable I told her that doesn't make sense because he gets paid every two weeks I even told her he's a Sgt I even told her is it because the pay day loan policy she said well we're not a pay day loan company we are a pay back by monthly installments ...
