  I wasn't allowed in the signs on the door says open from 6am to 2am and next to that sign was a sign saying last wash at 11 but the door lock at 10:45 pm I ask why I couldn't come in all I got was a where closed followed by only 10 pounds or lower I then ask so I can wash one bag....she then said where closed

  Bunch of crooks, they never admit that one of their machines don't work, so if the machines takes your money, Good luck on getting it back. Put money into machine twice & didn't do nothing & she said the machine would of say busy, how is going to say busy if the machine is not working... Called the fcc on them and put a complain and I suggest who ever goes threw this calls & put's a complain as well. Enough complains & they will launch an investigation.

  I did laundry there 1 day ago. I accidentally left a load in the dryer, when I called the next morning they said it was there and i told them to hold it for me. When I went to pick it up the same day they had no clue where it was. I called again and was told they aren't responsible for other peoples belongings. She also admitted that she put the clothes in a cart and that she never let the afternoon person know someone was going to pick up the clothes. She also said someone probably took it They are very irresponsible and should have held on to it especially if I called letting them know I was picking it up the same day.
