  Unfortunately our experience for pediatric dentist was poor. My daughter is two and the experience was scary and new for her. I felt the staff and office environment are not set up for young patience and perhaps they should be clear about what age they are prepared to work with.

  Great place. Great Atmosphere. Great people. They know how to do their jobs and they know how to smile and laugh. Couldn’t ask for a better Dentistry.

  Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I waited an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time for this oral surgeon before walking out. More shocking.....no dentist, assistant or front desk staff notified me of any delays. I approached the front desk staff and questioned the wait time and was told they would go back and find out. I never got an answer, I was totally ignored. This occurred in the "Brighter Smiles" office of Dr. Christopher Lee in Mahopac, NY.

  I do not like the dentist, but my experience at Brighter Smiles was above and beyond. The staff is great! You are greeted with a big smile from the front desk as soon as you walk in, a couple minutes later I was greeted by Sandra who showed me to the dental chair. Sandra was very nice, talkative and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lee came in and went over all of my options and the "need to know" information. He was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Brighter Smiles to everyone!

  amazing dentist and staff. My kids have dental anxiety but no more! Definitely the best dental experience we've ever had. You can feel confident of the skill and the excellent staff services too
