  I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist... I'm not crazy. But my experience at Bright Now has been good. Everyone from the front office... to the dental techs... and onto the actual Dental work has been positive with caring and professional people who care about me. Thanks to all of you. Denny Osborn

  Bright now Arvada exceeded all expectations when handling my dental care. Every aspect of my care from insurance handling to the dental work it self was highly professional. Care was compassionate and communication exceeded my expectations! Thanks guys for a great experience.

  Just had my first appointment here after the previous location I went to closed and was very happy with my experience. All the staff was very helpful and nice. All my procedures I was getting was explained to me. Office itself was clean and appealing to walk into. Procedure areas were kept clean and nice. Like that they have piped in music to take the edge off.

  It was my first time at the Arvada office. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was greeted by caring and kind people, including the front desk, hygienist and doctor. It was end of the day, and the doctor was delayed while finishing up an unexpectedly complicated emergency next room over. But the staff kept me fully in the loop. You only do this every six months, it’s fine if it takes a little time. When the doctor got to me and my routine cleaning, she could have rushed it just to catch up. Instead she was deliberate, thorough, interested and most important, kind. I’m sure the careful attention she paid to me will have continuing benefits to to the health of my teeth and gums over the next six months because she didn’t rush it. I am very grateful to her and her equally invested hygienist. I’ve been a BrightNow customer for 20 years but this was my first time at the Arvada office. In fact, with the consolidation going on with the company, this was the third office they’ve sent me to in the past three visits. But I left Arvada wishing this is where I had been going all along. (Although I will always be grateful for the downtown office manager, an incredible human being who took special care of me and I am sure hundreds of others for more than a decade. I miss her.)

  I've been having a battle with getting a crown properly fitted. Initially the crown did not fit tightly. I went in twice before because the crown was too tall. November 18th, 2022 was my most recent visit to Bright Now Dental. Durring this visit they reseated and cemented the crown in place. The crown now feels comforatable. The reason I gave them four stars is because they squeezed me in they're busy schedule, and they charged fair prices to cement the crown.
