::I've had some cleaning and other small surgery done here and I can say the oral surgeon, dental hygienists, and dentists do a great job. The receptionist is terrible. When I asked for them to send over my x-rays to another dentist for a second opinion, the receptionist made multiple excuses and refused to send them. She said I need to show up in person, sign release forms I already signed, and saying she had sent them but *gasp* must have sent them to the wrong email address. Months after I stopped going I found out they charged me for a cleaning with polish that I never even had done or made an appointment for! Ask them for paperwork on everything and have proof for all your billing statements because they will mess up and try to charge you.

::I absolutely love this office! I had initially gone for my braces but after a poor relationship with my previous dental office, switched all my dental care to Bright Now. Definitely was the best decision I made! The entire staff is friendly courteous and professional! Not only have I experienced cosmetic but also routine as well as oral surgery, Rosani at the front desk is very helpful, professional and personable, I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your dental needs!!
