  Diana Lois Aiysha and Dr Reza were very friendly and made me feel like family. OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN. Diana went over my treatment very thoroughly and so did Lois . i recently moved to San Jacinto but will continue to commute to this office to continue any future treatments. Now if that doesn't tell you how much I love this office I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL AND THAT'S THE HONEST TRUTH!

  The lady named Louis (low-is) always has an attitude. I don’t think she knows but when she talks really slow like your a kid her attitude is in her tone.... Every time I call she try’s to prove me wrong it’s just really annoying be prepared because she’s the only one that answers the phone....

  It has not been the best experience with this place. Some of the dentists have been unprofessional in the past. The only genuine people in this place are the two receptionists that I have encountered. When I called I was told that they worked with kids, so I gave it three tries and their service was as horrible as the first time. Every six months they insist on taking x-rays of my 4 year old's mouth (she was 3 years old during her first visit here) and Maria was impatient with her. What did she except putting those huge things in my daughter's mouth? Maria expected her to be able to hold on to them? I had to tell her that I would stop the whole thing if she did not have the patience for it. They beg the patient to go on Yelp to review them on the days when they are trying to put up a front with good customer service. However, my parents and I have also had a bad experience with their customer service in this place. They have kept me waiting for up to two hours in the lobby, and up to 45 minutes on a chair, and then the dentist comes and I ask in a polite manner, "Approximately how long is the cleaning going to take, because I am kind of running late somewhere." The female dentist replies, "It takes me longer if you talk." I held my cool the whole time, and she literally did the cleaning in about 4 minutes! What!? Anyway, last time I ever want to deal with these people. The worst part of it is that their dental work is of poor quality. My parents and I found a way better dentist who actually HELPS and does high quality dental work. My daughter also has a much better dentist now. Bright Now! Dental IS ONLY INTERESTED IN QUANTITY, NOT QUALITY.
