  A technician Nick showed up for a free estimate on a old Oriental that’s been in the family for generations. Let me start by saying this guy is personable and informative. Great guy! He new the material a type or rug at first glance. He explained to me how much my rug is worth so I decided to repair it. I paid a premium but didn’t mind because I got my rug back looking almost new! New white fringes and holes seamlessly repaired. Will use again for sure!

  Great great customer service I called to make an appointment to have my oriental rugs cleaned the gentleman on the phone arranged pick up at the same day for me a professional technician came valued all my rugs gave me all the options that they offer I chose what fits me best and after 10 days rugs came in good as NEW THANKS YOU GUYS U DESERVE 5 starts for being great and honest
