  Offers laughably overpriced services under the auspices of being an organic enterprise. Funnily enough, their competitor that's half-a-block away also offers "green" services at a fraction of the price.

  Very nice people but they really shouldn't make promises and assurances they can't keep. Otherwise would have found other tailor and cleaner to take care of it. Dropped off items on Saturday, articulated travel plans on Tuesday. Was made assurances can pick up before 2PM in time for flight. Called and showed up and was told that expectation is well after boarding time. Make expectations you can keep - if you can't then be honest with the customer. Won't repeat. - Update: Owner made it right in the end. Stopped by and dropped it off personally. Thank you, for making the effort to fix things.

  Their wash-and-fold service is very convenient, I can always pick up my clothes in a day or two, and my clothes smell slightly fragrant as in not enough to irritate my sensitive skin. Their dry cleaning service can get pricey, but they do their best to handle stains and iron pieces that need to be ironed for you. I'm a regular customer and will be for a while!

  The other day I was kind of pissed off with a strong stain that a dress of my wife took and since she couldn't go to the laundry and I could, I took the dress for her to Bridgestone Cleaners. Believe me when I say that this dress really needed a good job and hard work done to be recovered and Bridgestone Cleaners did it so well that they made it look easy to solve. I received excellent customer service from them, especially from the guy called Herbert who is a professional and a plus to Bridgestone Cleaners. I am very thankful to all of them. It was really nice to see the smile my wife gave me when she saw her dress didn't have that stain anymore. I highly recemmend Bridgestone Cleaners which is just awesome.

  I go here regularly for dry cleaning, but recently needed last minute alterations for a bridesmaid dress. The tailor here was exceptional and, two days later, I had a perfect fit. The space is clean and the staff is professional and will talk through the care of your garments in detail. Highly recommend!
