  The service at this location is excellent. The staff and doctors are the best I have ever seen. I was especially thankful for Ivan’s help. He was very helpful and explained everything. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated patience. His awareness of my needs made me feel welcome. An exceptional service!

  Ivan, Ashley, and Dr. Jayswal were great! They were super informative throughout my visit and super friendly. I would highly recommend seeing them they made my experience at Brident as smooth as possible.

  It was one of the worst dental appointment I ever had in my life. They charged me more than I received services and I cancelled one of appointment because they are not transparent. It has been 4 times I keep calling for refund but they keep transferring me to one another.

  Horrible service! Even with an appointment card , they have made 2 mistakes in 2 weeks on my appointment. They made me wait 3 hrs because of their mistake. Had an extraction and the dentist only took 1/2 of the tooth out, making me go back to see them once again. After their mistake, the doctor would not see me because I didn't have an appointment, which I did! Only the front desk made yet another mistake!!! Horrible place! Do not recommend!

  It was a great experience for my husband when he when there bucause they answer all his questions and he don't have to wait too long at the waiting area to see the doctor or dentist like at other places thank you Brident Dental
