  GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My mom was coming into town and made last minute appointment for the same day for Bridal. Since this was the first time shopping with my mom I was still in the initial searching phase to see what I wanted. I was paired up with Jackie, their bridal consultant. I explained to her what I DIDN'T want and she knew exactly what I would like and grabbed about 8 dresses. I absolutely loved EVERY SINGLE dress I tried on, she knew my body and exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying my dress that DAY! and I am so obsessed with it! Jackie was absolutely amazing and so were the other staff members! She worked with my price range/budget and did her best to give me the best price possible. One less thing to worry about planning my big day!

  I had such a great experience with Jackie. Very knowledgeable and take time to listen to every concern i had.she understood the style i was looking for. She found my sister an elegant dress 10 yrs ago and now she did the same thing for me. Everybody please ask for Jackie, she is the best.

  I had such an amazing wedding dress experience at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. George, Marni and Debbie took wonderful care of me and helped me find my perfect dress. They were very patient and attentive to my needs and what I was looking for in a dress. There is an extensive dress selection, ranging in styles, prices and designers. I was able to customize my dress to fit my exact style. I highly recommend this place to any bride trying to find her perfect dress!

  I had a WONDERFUL  experience at Bridal Reflections, and I'll preface this by saying that I didn't end up getting my dress there but I had such a great experience I have to write a review. The store itself if beautiful and full of fresh current dresses, both for brides, bridesmaids and mother of the brides. I have to say after hunting for a while, I really appreciate that they don't just carry size 8 or 10 samples and had some dresses that were or close to my size. I worked with George who was warm, caring, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted in a gown and also pulled things that he thought would look great on me and they were beautiful!! He had such a great energy and even pulled a dress that I thought was the one, I even said yes to it. But then I kept having this voice in my head telling me that I wasn't sure about it and should sleep on it,  and I'm glad I listened. George was supportive but disappointed I could tell, especially since he spent so much time with me but he even offered to come in ON HIS DAY OFF to finish the final steps. Now THAT is premium customer service! My only word of caution is be aware that their veils and accessories are EXTREMELY marked up in price. I know because I've found the same veils I liked for 200-400 LESS at other bridal salons.  I highly recommend this salon when hunting for your gown!
