  AMAZING! Normally I don't write reviews but I couldn't resist this time. Had an absolutely wonderful expetience and would recommend to any bride or tux rental seeker! Sharon is amazing and you can really tell she knows what she is doing. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout my whole experience and gives great advice on what looks good on you! She even managed to keep my crazy family calm and in the loop! Can not say enough good things about Bridal Designs and Tuxedos!

  The cuff links broke on 2 tuxedos we rented. When returned we were told by staff we should not have expected much from a $120 tux. One groomsmen shirt did not fit even though he was measured at the store by the staff and the replacement shirt did not arrive in time for the wedding.

  Bad service. Horrible experience with the tuxedos and sizing. I first purchased my dress back in August, so they gave me a sheet that said that if we ordered 5 or more tuxedos, the groom's was free... that was a LIE. Owner (Sharon) claimed that because we had ordered separately, that offer didn't apply. But the paper she gave us didn't specify that. So she didn't honor that. Then you have to come in to get measured by them and they order everything but you cant try it on until 3 days before your event..... and you have to return the day after. Shirt came in too big, and sleeves too short for the GROOM and Sharon claimed it was because he had lost weight! Last time i checked, your arms don't shrink.... Then the pants were also ridiculously big (he had only lost about 10lbs) which we also warned her about before she ordered and she insisted on ordering whatever she wanted. So then she made us pay the additional shipping to get a smaller size pant! Quality of the shirts, bow tie, shoes and vest are terrible too. I had to go out and buy shoes, shirt and bow tie because what we paid bridal designs for didn't work.I understand that mistakes happen and that they are a representative of the tuxedo company but I wouldn't be so upset had Sharon tried to help us work something out rather than to argue everything.

  I love this bridal store! Beautiful dresses and great prices. Two of my cousins and best friend have gotten their dresses here!

  I went to this shop as my first stop in my wedding dress shopping journey. I told her what I was looking for and she picked out the perfect dress! It was only the second one I tried on and it was gorgeous, on sale and fit perfectly!! She was so nice and helpful, I would highly recommend this shop!
