  WARNING! Do NOT shop with this store! I ordered a MOB dress for my mom online. The same day I received an email the color I chose was no longer available, but obviously showed available when I placed the order. I requested a refund, as I was not interested in other colors. Email after email, phone call after phone call...3 months went by and still no refund! I had to contact my credit card company to handle the dispute.

  This is a difficult one to write 1) because the two women I met at the front were nice 2) because they still have my information and Google requires me to sign into my account, blasting my government name on this review...but here goes. The shop had options. I appreciated that. The young lady that assisted me in getting dress was very sweet and offered great suggestions, trying to remain in my verbal (was flexible) budget. She was the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the dresses weren't up to par. There was one dress that had my eye, but I was shocked to only feel that one was a contender. Again the lady who helped me get dressed was the best thing at the store. I did have a feeling that culturally, this wasn't a group that I wanted to work with after ordering the dress. We aren't allowed to take pictures of the dress, they didn't want to remind me the name of the designer and they didn't want to remind me the price on the tag. The woman helping me get dressed was empathetic to the above, but I didn't want to put her in a position that would violate the terms of her employment. So what I got from that... if you have to tip toe around this building as an employee.... I will have to tip toe around this building as a customer and No Ma'am.... this dress would be too expensive. Interestingly enough I went back to the Bridal Sample discount store right around the corner for a dress that cost $1,100 more than the one at the HOB. I said my budget was $1,200. HOB dress was $1,4000 after taxes, I paid $2,800 for a dress that came with excellence service and the hope that my alteration experience would be the same. Young lady in the dressing room with me... if you're reading this, I would find another place of employment. You shouldn't have to feel bad that you can't give great service.

  Everyone is always friendly here. The actually process of trying on dresses and finding what I liked was easy and fun thanks to Nidira! Bought my dress 1 year to the date of my wedding and they were able to keep it stored safely until I am ready to pick it up. I will say though the alterations are expensive and wish I would have taken the time to do my research to take my dress elsewhere. Other than that I'm glad I found a beautiful dress at a reasonable price here.

  I would avoid this place if possible. The sales women are pushy and ignore your thoughts for what kind of dress you are looking for. I had an appointment in January, I am still waiting to hear back from the consultant who was supposed to be setting up my second appointment and pulling dresses for me. Obviously I’ve gone to another shop and purchased a gown. This was the worst customer service I received. Please read the other reviews and think twice before going here.

  The staff at this store went above and beyond to accommodate me! I called here on a Saturday afternoon (not having an apt here and having struck out at different bridal salons that morning). I was told if I could be there soon they would be able to see me right then(lucky me!!) The staff welcomed my mom, myself and two of my friends! We were offered champagne and then we were allowed to browse around and see if there were any dresses I might be interested in. So fun to pick out what you want to try on! The first dress I tried on I fell in love with. Ordered it and will soon be having my alterations done here. I think more often then not people come on here and write the bad things, I wanted to give a positive review because my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! They had a great selection of gowns and accessories all at reasonable prices! Different price ranges to suit everyones budget. I would highly suggest adding this shop to your list of places to go try on wedding dresses!
