  Wow... professional in every way. Took my 2014 carbon Synapse 105 in to have a BB Infinite ceramic bottom bracket installed. Called local shops and no one was comfortable doing the job but Brickwell has done numerous BBI installs and said it's not a problem. Took in the bike on Monday and picked it up on Friday. The service guy said that the crank spun so smoothly and said nothing else on the bike needs to be done (they did an overall check on the bike). Talk about great and honest service. They even put the BB Infinite press tool in a bag with the original Cannondale bearings!! WOW. I know most places would just throw out the bearings but I got the original ones back so I could see how they were. Definitely definitely recommend this shop and it's definitely worth the drive from Queens.

  I went there to get my brakes fixed for my SE bike and they fixed it and then after like 1 hour the brakes were rubbing against the tires and I thought that was normal then the lever on the brakes was really loose

  Brickwell was so helpful during the process of the building of my fat bike. I would definitely recommend them! They were very knowledgeable and I look forward to shopping there in the future.

  Great bike shop. Russ tweaked out my bike before a big triathlon and it showed. These guys really know what they are doing.

  Got a flat on my mountain bike,i brought it to there shop..i was out the door in 15 minutes. Also just got my son's mountain bike tuned up,they are top notch service. I will always bring my bikes to there shop
