  Terrible terrible ! Buyers be aware ! After selling a 100k$ Maserati nobody dares to pick up the phone or call back after receiving the voicemail . The paperwork for the car simply gone missing in the mail because they don’t put any signature confirmation and now I have to deal with police and dmv after paying them for the service ! I wish I never bought anything from this scammers !!

  When you give so many pics on the outside and just pic of the driver side door on the inside and 0 pics on the rest of the interior, it’s few things or all and they are you are selling just the door, interior is really bad and you want people to come to the lot, or you just don’t care and bad at your job. Either way it’s really frustrating from my side to see someone that don’t even put in the efforts. If something as simple as taking adequate pictures is too much

  I purchased an 2011 Audi R8 from Brickell a few months ago. Requested a PPI from them, which they provided. No issues with car until fast forward to the end of November 2017 when I get the car wrapped and install a new exhaust system. 2 different shops. Both shops tell me the car has been in an accident and the frame is damaged causing spacings in the bumper. Apparently the bumper was being held on by masking tape and multiple screws were missing. Gil, from Brickell, reached out to me on December 21 2017 and I let him know what I had found. The car fax didn't show any accident. Brickell didn't let me know the car was in an accident. And they claim they never knew the car was damaged. To sum it up, they either lie about the cars they sell or they don't fully inspect the cars that they buy/sell. I'm not sure which one is worse. But BEWARE of these guys. I would highly recommend you never buy from them!

  I give this dealership 10 STARS!!! They exceeded my expectations from beginning to end! Their used cars are in fantastic condition they look NEW! Customer service and efficiency getting everything processed was impressive! I love my 2014 (Looks like New) BMW 535i !!! They really practice the true meaning of Customer Services and Quality cars!!! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and meet.

  Recently purchased a car on line sight unseen. I got excellent service from everyone I dealt with at the dealership. My salesman,Gil. Felix in Finance and Aaron in Service. Car was as described at a fair price and they gave me too dollar for my trade. Highly recommend.
