  This is a great place for families. There are several different condo buildings of varying prices from affordable to super-luxury, a luxury hotel (the Mandarin Oriental), office complex, two parks, two playgrounds, Brickell's only splash pad, a jogging trail for strolls and/or exercise, a secret sushi restaurant for date night, other restaurants for lunches and/or family dinners, the views are next-level, and it is gated. It is also developed by Swire, in my opinion the best developer in town. If you're looking to buy or rent, this is a solid contender.

  No bicycle parking along shops and if your a cyclist you cannot ride your bike on their pathway. They will chase you away.

  One of my all-time favorite places to relax in Miami. If it is for a walk only, to run or sit and relax--it is simply amazing at any time of the day. Great place also to spot dolphins, manatees and iguanas :)
