  I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years and I have to say Brickell Hot Yoga studio and teachers are the best here in Miami. The yoga style (power vinyasa in a heated room) is physically challenging, but this doesn't mean that the mental and spiritual key components are ignored. The teachers guide your practice in such a way (breathing techniques, correct alignment, cues for focus) that the class ends up being so rewarding and uplifting, that you just want to go back every single day. You must try it to believe me.

  Nathalie is fantastic. I love her aura. She is just great. I hate the heat, but just because she is teaching this class I would go back. Awesome job!

  One of the best studios I've practiced in. True to power yoga and always a challenging and powerful class. All the teachers have their own unique style so there's something for everyone.

  I had tried yoga over the years but was only truly hooked after experiencing Yoga Shala. My friend invited me to the South Beach location and then I made a regular habit of practicing at Yoga Shala Brickell because I live only 5 minutes away. The yogi's / instructors are experienced, knowledgeable, and take the time to teach proper technique. I have been hooked for well over two years now and am amazed by the power of yoga. Definitely check out Fred's Power Yoga class, among the many other great options available.

  Fred is fantastic - every class I take with him his better than the previous!!! All of the teachers at Miami Yogashala (also the South Beach and Sunny Isles locations) will make you feel amazing. Each teacher is knowledgeable and personable and has their own unique way of teaching. This really keeps your yoga practice interesting, expanding, and fresh. This is really important for those of you who want to practice every day (like me!). My favorite quote from the classes is "it doesn't matter if you can do the pose, only if you like doing it and it feels good". You never feel intimidated about what you can't do, only great about what you can do. And if you want more of a challenge, believe me, you'll find it!
