  Coming to Miami from Chicago I was in need of a good dealership to service my Denali Truck and was unsure on who to call or where to go. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to find the incredible staff at the GMC Dealership in Brickell.. Since my very first phone call & visit to the dealership, Betty Serrano has gone above & beyond each and every time I've needed assistance and she has certainly made every effort to make sure I am taken care of. She makes certain that nothing is overlooked and makes it a priority to ensure fast and reliable service each and every time. She really is amazing! Jonathan & Paola have also taken great care of me and as busy as they are, they never hesitate to make sure I am in and out quickly. Simply put, all of the staff their in Brickell are incredible people!   Great attention and service by all staff. I went to buy some parts for a pick up truck, and was attended in a very professional manner. On my way out, met with “El Musico” and ended up walking out with a nice Buick Enclave for my wife. Thank you guys, from the sales to the financier...!!! Very professionals and ethics...!!! Best dealer to look for your needs!!!

  Jackie Babani took excellent care of us! He listened to what I was looking for in price and figured out the best deal I could get. Happy all around with him and the rest of his team! Definitely would go back for the next car we get.

  After visiting dealership after dealership, I finally ended up at Brickell GMC. If I could go back, I would have gone here FIRST! My salesman was Carlos Hernandez. Talk about good service. He was friendly and patient and made the shopping experience EXCELLENT!! I also dealt with Isaac in financing. Another very helpful individual. He gladly compared prices for me; financing and leasing options. Everyone was very helpful and I left there with an awesome deal and a new car! I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to this dealership.

  Visited the dealership without the intention of leasing a vehicle the same day, but was immediately greeted by a warm smile and a firm handshake by Tomas Mayor. This gentleman has been in the business for a very long time and knows exactly how to treat his customers the proper way!! He immediately put my needs first after exploring our options, and made the deal happen! If anyone is in need of a car, purchase or lease, I would highly recommend visiting Mr. Mayor at Brickell GMC. His level of customer service and dedication should be an example to everyone in the car business. I rarely post reviews, but I had to express my satisfaction for the service I received!
