  We arrived in Miami to join a cruise ship, however the previous evening in London UK, I broke a tooth eating dinner. On arrival at our Miami hotel, my wife searched google and Brians name came up as close to our hotel. 9-00 am the following morning and 3 hours before we were scheduled to board the ship, we telephoned. They were so helpful, asking I go down at 10-30. Fortunately I had the broken section of tooth. Brian explained that in the timescale available, his options were limited, however, he offered to cement my tooth back in place, saying he doubted it would last the whole two weeks of our cruise. Well I have to tell you it did last, in fact today 4 weeks later I started treatment to have a crown fitted back in the UK and my dentists struggled to break the tooth off! This man is so caring in his work, but very proficient. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Geoff Hudson

  The best minimally invasive dentist in Florida. Care's more about my teeth than any other dentist I've ever been to!

  I've been going to Dr. Tshirart for seven years. He's great, his dental hygienist and office staff are very nice and accommodating as well, with my busy schedule. I recently had a dental injury early on a Sunday morning. Dr. Tshirart met me in his office on Sunday afternoon to try to assist with the situation. Highly recommended.

  Brian has been my dentist since 2003. When I used to live in North Florida, I kept him as my dentist. I drove 5 hours just to get my teeth worked on by him. Today he filled 4 cavities. No needles. No Novocaine. All painless. That's the reason I will not go anywhere else. I hate needles. They only use them in extreme emergencies, like when you neglect your teeth and don't get cleanings and check-up's for years. Out of all of the dentists I had before him, he has been the best. This morning was over an hour drive to get to him and was worth every minute to avoid a needle. I can't believe that he's been in this location for so many years and that I am the first person to write a review. His staff has all been with him for more than 10 years. People who suck to work for often have very high turn over. That tells you a lot about working for somebody. I dread leaving South Florida just for the reason of ever having to find a new dentist. I will only go to him. Take my word for it. He's good!
