  I am so happy that I found this place! Even though I was just in town to visit family during the holidays,the owner was kind, professional, friendly and patient. She set me up with a one week pass and I used it almost everyday I was there. Attending classes was so much fun, that I could barely stay away. The classes are interesting and challenging. The schedule has a lot of options and taking yoga after a spinning class was the perfect combination. Also the space is clean and super well organized which gives it a really important welcoming vibe. Visiting my family in Long Island is always nice, now that I found Breakaway I might just look forward to it a little more....

  Excellent classes with combination cycling and boot camp/strength/yoga. The trainers are so nice and the members are very friendly. Great way to get your workout in one hour.
