Brought in a picture of the tire tube I needed. Exact specs. They sold me something that didn't fit. When i brought it back to exchange for the correct size the employee immediately told me, "no returns" I never even requested a return. Then he said that even tho its a different size it should fit. Wasted my time. Went to Kater Street Bike repair and the guy hooked it up for a dollar. A DOLLAR. He said, "put this dollar valve adapter on and it will fit your air pump." Needless to say, Kater Street Bikes is my new spot.

Poor service and overpriced for the work, I went in for a single spoke replacement and it almost cost as much as a tune up! Should have been half the cost but they insisted that replacing a spoke meant a higher cost even though Amazon sells sounds for under $1! But more than anything else, they latched but never tightened my brakes after putting the tire back on so when I got back on the streets I was surprised to find only my front brakes functional! Maybe it was my fault for not checking first but this is extremely unprofessional for a bike shop.

The mechanics are fun to be around with, I come in once in awhile if I have a flat, something is up with my bikes, or just a random appearance. Nicely done.

Rode my new Felt road bike for the first time today, LOVE IT!! Connor was the guy who helped me with the purchase and Sam did my fit when the bike came in. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and really want you to be happy with your purchase. I live about an hour from the store, but it is so worth it to make the trip. Thanks Guys.

I had been training there as a member of Penn cycling team. Bought pedals shoes tires etc with team discount. Staffs were very nice at first. But after they realized you didn't want to buy any bikes or expensive components and brought your own no fancy used road bike for training, the attitude changed dramatically. I mean rude.
