  Don't understand the bad reviews. People were friendly (maybe a little language barrier). Bagels and shmeer were delicious!!

  The best breakfast place in Brooklyn . great bagels , a lot of cream cheese favors . and the best of all is the juice bar . yumeeeeee.

  DRIVE RIGHT PAST...An absolute disaster, you would think a place that invented the rainbow bagle would hire some decent employees.I had the worst experience of life this morning, I walked in, went to the counter and there she was, tearing up a ceaser salad right behind the register with no regard to my presence. After about three minutes one of the other employees smirked at me due to her being complet obliviousness to a customer standing 2 feet in front of her. Thank God I brushed my teeth this morning, I was so close to her she could have smelled my breath. After she recognized I was there she then order somebody who had obviously never taken an order in his life , take my order. After 15 min I received my order. Then left and realised in the truck that my order was wrong so I called them up. Then a woman answered who I assumed was the woman digging in to that salad. Once I began to tell her the order was wrong she cut me off and said " no, no, no, no, no, I remember your order you didn't ask for bacon" of course I asked for bacon number 1, number 2 she didn't even take my order. I asked what her name was and she refused to tell me. And after she said she wasn't going to deliver me the correct order I asked what the managers name was and she hung up. I blame the owner for allowing situations like these go unresolved. Don't come here, go around the block to haveabagle the service there deserves your business.

  I thought this place would be my spot to go for bagel, but I just received horrible customer service today. I will never go over there again. I bought 1 bagel for myself and also ordered 1 cookie for my 3year old. And when the lady at the cashier handed to the cookie to my daughter, then the cookie fell from my daughter's hand. I thought she would say something but she made a "oh well too bad" face and called the next customer. And then I asked if my daughter dropped a cookie, she was like yea you wanna buy it again? I didn't mind to pay again, but she could have asked me if I wanted to buy it again instead of making a face then take the next customer. That was younger lady cashier. She was just really rude. I didn't say anything bc the store was crowded, but I should have. The bagel never taste the same anymore after that.

  Medium (grande) iced latte for $2.75 that actually tastes good?? - Count me in! They also have great double chocolate muffins and very friendly service. Will try their bagels and sandwiches soon - I've only heard good things from my neighbors so hopefully they don't disappoint. Fingers crossed. --- went for a sausage, egg & cheese on an everything bagel and was NOT disappointed. Officially my Williamsburg bagel spot 💛
