  Sam Z at Bray & Scarff in Arlington, VA provided us with outstanding assistance in selecting just the right suite of appliances for our kitchen renovation. He had excellent knowledge of their products and offered options in all price ranges. We have relied on Bray & Scarff for years for all of our home appliances, so this standard of excellent service was no surprise. Despite delays on our side in the delivery date, everything went smoothly, and Sam kept in touch with us all along the way. Many thanks to the great staff there -- our highest recommendation goes out to them!

  Bray & Scarff gave me a competitive price and quick delivery of a new dishwasher when I needed it. Ali Sajid is a terrific salesperson and was extraordinarily helpful--before, during, and even after the sale. Highly recommended.

  We had a great experience with Sam Z as our salesperson. Sam helped recommend the right appliances for what we needed and then worked with us to maximize our rebate. He sent all the paperwork we needed to file, which was very helpful as well. Great service.

  We worked with Ali Sajid at the Arlington location and he was terrific. He worked to match local prices, helped us ensure we got the best deal and the right machines for our apartment. Ali went above and beyond to make our experience 5 stars. The installation team was excellent and fit our new laundry into a very difficult and small area. The whole experience of working with Ali and the entire team was one that we can recommend highly.

  Very happy with Bray and Scarff. Debra in customer service was absolutely aces. When their warranty company gave us a rough time, she really went to bat for us and ended up getting us a new washer/dryer. Rare level of effort/concern for the customer. Sam Z, manager at the Arlington location came through by setting us up with the new/improved version of the washer/dryer he'd sold us when he was at the Fairfax location. He got us set up beautifully and before we had to travel. Micheal O was aces with the delivery. These folks went out of their way to take good care of us.
