  Family friendly gym for athletes at any level. Coaches are enthusiastic and committed. Very welcoming and great community vibe from the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommended!

  I'm 54 years old. When I started at Bravo CrossFit last February I was overweight and completely out of shape. I was starting to feel like an old guy. Now it's eight months later and my life has completely changed. I'm in the best shape of my life. I've lost 30 pounds—and that's with having gained a lot of muscle—and I feel great. I go to Olga's workout three times a week and I never miss a class. The one-hour sessions are 30 minutes warmup and 30 minutes workout. Classes range from 2-10 people, and yet Olga knows exactly where I am as an individual, down to the weight of the barbells I'm currently using. It's like having a personal trainer—she's attentive and supportive to each member of the class. She's funny and enthusiastic, and though she pushes us she knows our limits. Even though we all work out together (beginners and advanced) she's able to tailor each workout to each person's individual level. And she knows if any of us have injuries or long-term issues, and then she'll modify that person's workout if necessary. Everyone working out at Bravo CrossFit is friendly and supportive of each other. It's a community. The friendships I've developed there have made my workouts there even better. I love the big space, and the equipment is all top-notch. I look forward to working out with Cesar in the future. Bottom line: Bravo CrossFit changed my life. And that's no exaggeration.

  This is a very special place. Lots of personal coaching -- very individualized attention. Challenging but fun workouts, different every day. And every time surrounded by friendly and hugely supportive classmates. I've been attending the "Bravo" workouts for 2 years (think boot camp; everything except the Olympic barbell work). I started in the worst shape of my life and now I'm in the best shape ever. Lost 50 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle. My "fit age" went from 75+ to 29 (actual age is 60). I leave every class thinking "man, I can't believe I just did that." You gotta check this place out.
