  I've avoided the Dentist for my entire adult life! Out of necessity, I finally went in for care. Branson treats all four of my children and has helped me tremendously. I've not had one bad experience and I'm a pretty grouchy guy. So, I really can't understand all the bad reviews. These folks are awesome!

  Everyone here is super nice and polite. If I have any questions, they answer them quickly and professionally. Usually people only leave reviews when they're upset, so take that into consideration when reading these posts. It's a great place and they are excellent with my children also, ages 8 and 14.

  Due to the horrible reviews, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go anyways with an open mind. Sadly, all the horrible reviews are very much deserved. They tried to overcharge me immediately and were very rude when I pulled out my insurance brochure to compare the coding rates. They would not answer why they were overcharging. My insurance company, Guardian Dental have filed my complaint and are investigating my concerns with regards to their business practices and recommending them as a PCD. Be careful!

  An absolutely terrible experience. Todd Branson wanted to charge me $55 for x-rays when my Aetna insurance plan specifically states that I should only require a $5 co-pay. My insurance company called their office to clear up the misunderstanding and Todd asked me to leave. I was fired from my dentist simply because my insurance company called them. Truly amazing. It's a shame too, because Dr. Montroy was very nice in my two visits there.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This office is insanely rude and kick people and refuse to treat people!! I watched a man today get kicked out because he had his insurance company call to straighten out his Co-pay. The GM or at least he stated several times while walking the poor guy out the door. He stated that they do not get involved with Insurance companies and no longer want to treat him. I look down, while i am holding my insurance card like, "REALLY" are you serious? I felt so bad for that guy, then i went online and seen these reviews! I immediately walked out and will never go to this place EVER!!!!. Lol its the guy who posted below apparently lol
