  Employees are friendly, if they’re up front they greet you when you walk in. They are carrying their own conversations with each other, but they never seemed to be ignoring customers. There is good communication between the employees and their “manager” (since no one really seems to have more responsibility than the rest- which is a good thing because it shows they’re all doing their job well enough that customers can’t tell if there are any problems with employees). I expected a laid back atmosphere, since it’s a word that is associated with the Brandy Melville style, so idk what people were expecting, I much rather this than annoying SA’s breathing down my neck every five minutes. Cute, trendy styles. Wish the in store items where more current to the online items. Nice place, nothing over the top. Still love it for cute accessories.

  clothing bought online takes 3 weeks to get to my house clothing at store is not taken care of properly employees suck - terrible to customers - one their phones whole time

  I was on my way home from the beach in ct, so i stopped for dinner at greenwich. I love brandy melvlille so I was really excited about the store. i got there at like 6:50 and it closed at 7. The doors were locked, but they let me in (which was really really nice!). They were very kind and not rushing me to get out or anything! The clothes are so cute and it's just a really fun store to go to in general!

  Daughter loves the clothes but the help is horrendous. They are all self absorbed, texting the entire time, and discussing last night adventures consuming large amounts of alcohol. They act put out when you ask for help.
