  I’m so upset. I took my dog in cause he was having a hard time breathing his heart rate was through the roof. The vets Assistant sat him on the table while me and my son watched with hope that she could tell us something. So vet walks in sits by her computer and starts typing not even acknowledging me or my son not a hello or how are you just a cold shoulder. After about 5 min of her typing she looks over at me and asks me exactly four questions. I answered and she then turned her attention back to the computer. About 3 min later she Checks my dogs heart, lungs, and temperature. And looks me in the eyes and says I don’t know what’s wrong with him but if you want to find out it going to be about 300$ to start and could get expensive after that. Now I love my dog with all my heart I rescued him off the street but I don’t have that kind of money I literally used the last of my money which was for groceries to take my dog to see her. I started asking her questions and she stop me and tells me I can’t answer you on any of that till I run some tests. My questions where simply like could he have something stuck in his throat not Does he have a heart condition. She wouldn’t even answer basic questions without more money not to mention when I walked out of there the bill was 150$ to tell me I needed 300$ more. Needless to say I spent the last of my money. now my dog is home sick and I fear he is going to die all I can hope for is that he makes it till my next paycheck so I can take him to a better veterinarian. Don’t ever trust your pets to this vet shes just money hungry. Please pray for my dog

  My super mean dog , gets super friendly with Dr. Dorothy, the number #1 vet in s.a. I love her. She is family. The staff also explains any questions and Concerns you may have.

  The staff has always been attentive and very friendly. I like how they care about animals and give my dogs wonderful care. I've had my dogs neutered there and they were excellent in reassuring me and keeping me updated on his progress. I really do appreciate all that they do.
