  I have gone to Brakes Plus in stapleton for years and always been happy. They have worked on my Honda Odyssey and my Chevy. I recently had issues with my AC in my Chevy Suburban and they went above and beyond in dealing with me and my vehicle. Justin and Graham are also two of the most professional and kind managers I’ve come across in this industry. The service and experience is faster and more personal than going to the dealership and they remember you! That’s not something that happens often these days. I highly recommend them!

  Dropped my car for for brake service the night before, which was more convenient and asked that my car be ready by noon the following day. Not only were my repairs completed in a timely fashion, I got a courtesy call when my vehicle was ready and while I was checking out, the mechanic noticed that I had a warranty on my brakes. He saved me A LOT of money!! I will continue to bring my car here for quick and reliable service!

  The guys at this location are by far some of the best guys I’ve ever had working on my car. They not only squeezed me in but didn’t leave me sitting around wondering what was going on. They showed me everything and were great about explaining what needed to be done. They also saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! These guys rock and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Justin & crew!!!

  These guys are my heroes. My car suddenly wouldn't start on a Saturday afternoon, when most repair shops are closed. Had it towed here, and they fit me in despite being extremely busy. They kept me in the loop through all stages of the repair process. They even stayed AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER CLOSING, to get this single mom back on the road. I kept thanking them profusely, and they kept telling me not to worry about it. They did not let me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all, even though I was. Then after all of this, the bill turned out to be LESS than they quoted because the part they ordered turned out to be less expensive than they originally thought. They could have charged me what they originally quoted, and I never would have known, but instead they chose to pass the savings on to me. This shop is run by a great group of honest, dedicated people - can't recommend them highly enough!

  I worked with Justin and staff first week of February 2018. I have found Justin to be a man of his word. I appreciated his out the door price to be exactly that and not a penny more. The service and price are great and you are given different options. They didn’t pressure me on getting higher cost parts over the lower cost parts. I was told the difference between them to make my own choice. We have been coming to this location for a few years now and will continue to come in to see Justin and his crew. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to this location.
