::This is the worst moving company I have booked. They took my stuff 3 weeks back with the assurance that my stuff will reach between 3 to 12 business days. I have been keep calling them and asking them about the update but they every time give foolish reasons and don't give exact date when I will receive my stuff. Customer care is so pathetic that they don't have the correct information. I would recommend not to book this ever if you want to be safe. I am really worried for my household stuff that I am ever going to get it. I have been staying in hotel and spending out of my pocket. I am paying rent of the apartment as well where I am not staying since I don't have any stuff to live there. I think my food stuff is going to get spoiled which is with them for long time.

::I was moving from NYC to NC and if something made this move doable it was this company. Ksenia was extremely helpful on the phone and very responsive to emails. Nazar was very direct and up to the point with estimation and explanations. Movers were very professional, careful with our staff (nothing was broken, literally). There were no "hidden fees" or something involved. Pricing was very reasonable and I strongly recommend them. AND they move your staff in 1 shot (rather than joining several people and then you have to wait for a trailer).

::I just completed my move Feb. 2018. I'm very impressed with the team at Braha Moving. Everything about my experience was seamless. Before my move, I collected quotes from several different moving companies. Braha was the only all-inclusive quote (i.e., they didn't try to sneak in charges for packing or labor), which I appreciated. They scheduled our move date at short notice. They showed up on time. They were extremely efficient. They packaged and protected every item (mattresses, couches, etc.). They had everything moved across country and into our new apartment within three days. These guys are truly all-stars – extremely hard workers. Moving is stressful enough, so I'm grateful for my experience. Would recommend them to anyone!

::They did a great job packing and moving stuff out of the apartment. That's the only positive about them. They came more than an hour late and tried to charge me an hour of "wait time" even though they only waited for half an hour at the lobby. The only reason why the had to wait was because they came more than an hour late. My roommate was ready to let them in but had to leave after waiting for them for an hour, requiring me to rush to the new apartment from Brooklyn, about an hour of travel time. I was able to dispute the fee, but what a pain to deal with when moving is already stressful. I then realized one of my furniture had a large hole on its side that was not there before the move. The shelf of my nightstand also has a large scratch that was not there before. My suitcase was badly discolored from a spill that happened from a bottle of detergent that was packed tightly with tape and a large ziploc bag. It is abundantly clear they do not handle items appropriately during the move when their clients are not looking. I emailed them about the damages, it has been more than two weeks, and have not gotten a reply. They clearly do not care. I will never be using their "services" again and no one should either. Avoid for your own good. They called me to negotiate an update on this review. They offered to replace my items after I emailed them photos of the damaged items. Their excuse of not replying to my original email was that I sent it to the wrong email address, even though that email address is posted on their website. I sent another email with photos and a summary of the phone call I had. It's been two weeks and I've gotten no replies, again. Dishonest and disrespectful money and time-wasters.
