  Giving one star only because I can't give zero. This was a bouquet that was ordered for mother in law's birthday and this is what we received. I reached out to them for some sort of explanation but never received a call or email back. Luckily we were visiting DC and I never have to deal with them again, but beware if you are in the DC area. Do NOT deal with them. Oh, and thank you for the follow up email on this one year anniversary to remind me of the horrible service.

  This has got to be the rudest staff I have ever met in my life. Please do not go here. I went in to make a bouquet for my wife, and they were yelling and screaming, when I just asked why the price they told me was different than what was quoted. The owner is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go here again, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I wish there was an option for an even lower rating. Please take your business elsewhere - the staff are thieves and dishonest. You don't want to go here and have them leave a distasteful attitude with you.

  The person answering the telephone, albeit the day before Valentine's Day, was short and would not take an order because it was to be delivered to the front of a building to a specific person, instead of just left in a lobby. I understand they are busy, however the recipient worked in a secure space which would make it impossible to be left somewhere... I explained that all the driver had to do was call the recipient and she would wait outside. The staff member on the phone had no interest in taking my order so my business will go elsewhere from now on.
