  Went there during rush hour last week and the gas attendant was running around handling 6 cars at once efficiently. I respect that.

  Got robbed by pump #1, put in $10 at $1.96/gal., into a 2015 Scion xB with 8k miles and no known issues. Needle didn't budge from 1/4 tank. Even took a test drive after that and still didn't budge. Go elsewhere for fuel. I will be using another gas station from now on.

  I drive up to the station and no one was there. So I walked to the building to see if someone was inside but saw no one so I knocked (I was confused because I know it's 24 hr service). I look over to find a man sitting with his back to me give me a finger to wait without looking at me. I knocked again but he still ignored me. I assumed it was closed and was walking back to my car when he walks out yelling at me. He asked me why I couldn't wait one minute and kept criticizing me. Then he said people here (I'm assuming in this region) don't know how to wait and he kept asking what my problem was. He unscrewed my cap to pump gas and I told him I wanted no service. He began to yell at me, saying I was rude for knocking twice and whatnot. I have never yelled at any employee before. Since I work customer service in retail, I understand when customers are irrationally angry and yell at employees for no reason. I have always been patient and understanding with employees, even if they make a mistake, because retail is difficult and sometimes customers make it really tiring! This is the FIRST time I have ever told an employee off. I told him he shouldnt expect my money when he treats me this way and he told he doesn't want money from people like me. When he first started yelling at me, I thought he was joking so I just stared... But then I realized he was serious. He got so angry I got in my car and locked my doors, I didn't know what he would do. I just drove away. I'm still speechless that it happened. I felt so threatened and his behavior was entirely disrespectful and unprofessional.
