  Due to an injury I lost my tooth. The very next day I went to Boynton Dental, PC to address the issue. To my dismay I meet once again with the Asian dentist, Dr.Kwan or Dr.Tong (not sure which spelling). She's always dismissive of her patients, negligent, and not very friendly. When I go for a cleaning she refuses to do my bottom teeth as they are narrow. I don't see any problem there. This visit was different. She cleaned my teeth very hastily, as she always does, but then when she presented me with the options for the replacement of the teeth she wasn't very thorough. I opted for a dental flipper $250. I brought my loose tooth along with me so that she could examine it. She refused to see it. When I mentioned that she will need it to match the color of the tooth she dismissed me by saying that the shade was already on file. I have never had a major procedure at this location aside from a filling here for them to have a record of my tooth shade. Again she insisted that the shade was on file. Given that I'm a female and work closely with people, and it's my front incisor #9 that has fallen off, I wanted to expedite the process so I paid $50 for the tooth to come in sooner. Four days later I arrive to the clinic for my 10:30 appt. and am seen at 12:00pm instead. When I receive my flipper, it fits fine but the shade was completely off and just so obvious and a bit too long. The attending dentist expected me to accept it and tried to pacify me by saying it's better than no tooth. No, it is not. I paid $300 for the flipper and they can't just expect me to be okay with it. So they sent it back to the lab, this time with my tooth that I've been carrying around. They refused to refund me my $50 and the replacement will take an additional 7 days. This problem could have been avoided had Dr.Kwan/Tong not been so negligent and listened to my concerns and was more thorough. I paid $50 extra for expedited service but instead my payment went towards Dr.Kwan/Tong's error and lack of professionalism.

  I was born and raised on Evergreen Ave, about three blocks away from here and they have been by far one of the most regrettable decisions of my life. Every time I seem to go here they create more problems with my teeth than they fix. They are unprofessional and apparently incompetent. Would not recommend anyone here because your teeth are sacred and should not be damaged when you simply want to fix them

  I like this dental office. They do good work and are very consistent and clean. The only issue I have is that they schedule the patients to close to one another, so you are left waiting for at least 45 mins to go in. So it would be best not to have plans for at least 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, good place, nice and well mannered employees.
