  I recently engaged legal representation though The Boyd Law Firm, and was a very happy client of Thomas Georgianna's, in a business litigation matter.  This was a very long, protracted and frustrating case involving two partners.   Most law offices in Sacramento provide a 30-45 minutes free consultation to allow for a direct communication between you and your lawyer, but this office does not. They asked me to make a $2,500 before even shacking hands with me. I've done that because I had no time to look for alternatives. They are way overpriced than current market hourly rates and my deposit has barely covered 4 hours of working on my case. On the hearing date, the lawyer looked uncomfortable when speaking to the judge, and she didn't mention most of the evidences that I have provided her. I believe that if I have represented myself I would have done a better job!
